Importance of Clean Home Indoor Air Ducts

Dryer Vent Cleaning

We clean dryer vents to help prevent fires. It also will help with the efficiency of drying clothes. A cleaner vent will cut down on wear and tear on the dryer.
The most common cause for a clogged dryer vent is birds. They will build a nest inside the vent causing a blockage. Other causes are stuck flappers and screens, that are designed to keep birds and squirrels out, on the roof.
You should have your dryer vent cleaned once a year. Sometimes just an inspection is all we need to do. We use a camera system to inspect the dryer vent.

UV Lights System

UV Lights are effective on the prevention of mold growth. It is installed inside the air handler. All mold in line of sight will be killed. The UV light is on 24/7.
UV Light Systems work best when installed above the A Coil in the HVAC system.

Sanitize Fog System

We have a fogging machine that we direct into the return of the HVAC. The system sucks the mist through the supply lines. This coats the ducts with the antimicrobial, sanitizer and deoderizer.
